Corify Care SL

Corify Care S.L. (Corify), Spin off Universitat Politècnica de València and Hospital Universitario Gregorio Marañón, is focused on the development of medical devices for improving the clinical management of cardiac arrhythmias, from diagnosis to therapy planification and treatment. With a focus on improving prognosis and treatment of patients with cardiac arrhythmias, Corify’s mission is to help clinicians to see the heart in a safe, fast and effective way to improve patient’s lives.

In 2020, it was awarded the EIT Innovation Award of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology for its first ACORYS® device, worth €50k. In 2022, together with CaixaBank and ENISA, it won the EmprendeXXI award for the Spanish company that can have the greatest impact on the health of the population, endowed with €6,000, specialized international training provided by ESADE and experts from Silicon Valley, and access to investors and large companies interested in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Corify is currently developing ACORYS MAPPING SYSTEM, the first cardiac mapping system that allows clinicians to non-invasively see electrical activity in the surface of the heart, without the need of catheters or MRI/CT imaging. ACORYS® is a non-invasive cardiac mapping system that combines proprietary hardware (a set of high-density sensors and a 128 biosignal amplifier) with state-of-the-art software for real-time cardiac signal processing. ACORYS® is independent of X-ray tomography and solves the main shortcomings of current alternatives in treatment selection and monitoring of arrhythmias.
