Next Wednesday, November 20 at 12:00 in the Boardroom of the ITACA Institute, the seminar “The role of Change Management and Service Management in technology projects” will be held in English by Martin R. Wolf, who is currently conducting a stay in the Health and Wellbeing Area (SABIEN) of the ITACA Institute.

“Martin R. Wolf is professor for Information Systems at the University of Applied Science Aachen. In this function he chairs the teaching area IT Organization & Management (ITOM) and leads the Institute for Digitalization Aachen (IDA) as executive director. Some of his main research topics are IT Service Management, Digital Transformation, Change Management and Competence Developing Games.
Before Martin started his academic career at university in 2011 he gathered more than 10 years practical experience as advisor, auditor and manager on VP level (Ernst & Young, DP DHL Group). The major topic of his professional career was in the area of organising, managing and controlling IT processes, organizations and people in order to improve their performance and effectiveness.
Furthermore, Martin is actively engaged as board member in serval professional organisation (German Informatics Society, it Service Management Forum, REGINA).”
